Leon Buijsman is director of Ubeeo and moves daily on the cutting edge of recruitment, labour market communication and AI. From practice, he works with recruitment teams who want to use AI to work faster, more consistently and more relevant, without losing sight of the human touch. Leon is the co-presenter of the podcast "Successful Recruitment with AI", which he presents together with Martijn Hemminga of Recruitmenttech.
