In control: how Triade Vitree recruits faster with recruitment marketing automation software

With 1,300 employees and 121 locations in Flevoland and IJsselland, they offer customised disability, youth and mental health care, among other things. By thinking in terms of possibilities instead of limitations, they offer clients the chance to shape their own lives. A great mission!
To make this mission a reality, they need the best people. With the high demand (300 vacancies in 2024) and the tightness in the labour market - especially in healthcare and the Almere region - this brings challenges. Soeraja Baars, recruitment & selection advisor at Triade Vitree, says: "On average, we have 80 vacancies open at the same time. With a team of three recruitment & selection consultants and two supporting recruitment colleagues, this is quite a challenge. Because it is not easy to find the right people (quickly), we are sometimes forced to use freelancers and recruitment agencies. As this involves high costs, we actually want to use these as little as possible. To be able to recruit faster independently, we started working with MrWork's software a year ago."
Els Reinders, communications advisor at Triade Vitree, helps the recruitment team with labour market communication and campaign design and content. She adds: "We work towards ensuring that people in the region know to come to us for a job in healthcare. With campaigns, we work on our visibility and employer image. If people want to work with us, we can fill vacancies faster and more often with permanent staff. And that in turn has a positive effect on staff retention. With a permanent team you feel more connected. You know what you can expect from each other. So we actually kill two birds with one stone."
From being dependent to being in control

Before Triade Vitree started working with recruitment marketing software, the recruitment team was very dependent on others for employer branding and campaigns. "Publishing vacancies and posting organic social media posts used to go through the communications department. If we wanted to promote our vacancies in a paid way, for instance through social media, we had to hire an agency to design and set up the campaigns. This was not efficient and flexible and so we started looking for ways to easily do this ourselves and thus save time," Soeraja said.
"In the old way of working, the recruitment team often had to wait for us, which caused friction. With MrWork 's software, that's a thing of the past. Now they can push vacancies themselves and that works much better." - Els Reinders
The recruitment team is now in charge of their own recruitment marketing. "We have much more direction in the entire process. We can easily switch a campaign on or off or make an adjustment. In addition, it helps us in our conversations with hiring managers. With the campaign previews and insightful results, we can clearly show them what actions we are taking to fill their vacancies," indicates Soeraja.
Experimenting with new channels
"In the first phase, we mainly deployed vacancy campaigns via the MrWork software, but recently we also started awareness campaigns. We used various channels for this, including Snapchat, which is new to us. We do not (yet) use Snapchat, but with RMA we can easily add this type of channel to our campaigns. With success, as we see that our visibility campaign is doing well on Snapchat! We will therefore now also experiment with using TikTok. The MrWork software helps us discover these kinds of new channels, monitor their results and thus reach our target audience in a more targeted way," says Els.

More personal thanks to automations
In addition to the campaign modules in the MrWork platform, Triade Vitree uses the Leads module for lead generation and qualification. With this, they have come into contact with 500+ candidates in the past year. People they might never have spoken to otherwise. "With the WhatsApp button on our work at site, candidates can now contact us much more easily. This makes it more personal and they can quickly ask their questions without having to call or fill in a form," says Soeraja.
Time is everything
With automations, Triade Vitree's recruitment team quickly follows up on Whatsapp messages, while not spending much time on them themselves. With automated questions, they already find out what care (youth care, adult care, etc.) someone is interested in and whether someone has a care diploma. "With automated follow-up, we speed up our process. A candidate is matched with the right recruiter sooner and has a quicker answer to a question, allowing the person to decide at short notice whether or not to apply. In today's job market, it's all about speed, because if you respond too late, the candidate is already in talks with another employer. So the recruitment marketing automations help us achieve a smooth process," Soeraja said.
Soeraja finds that recruitment marketing automation also saves time in other areas.

"Because we are at the controls ourselves in the MrWork software, we can switch much faster. I put a vacancy campaign online in the blink of an eye, and so we get in front of our potential candidates sooner. Moreover, the software is so easy to use that it also saves us a lot of time when monitoring or adjusting campaigns. So we gain in speed and time!"

It's not just the technology that makes Triade Vitree a happy MrWork customer. Els talks about the collaboration: "The nice thing about MrWork is that they think along and give advice. They spot opportunities and give suggestions for improvements, without pushing. They understand that not everything can always be picked up immediately and don't mind explaining things several times."

Soeraja is also very satisfied with the contact with MrWork: "I really like the fact that we are advised, for instance on the use of channels, the structure of ad texts and much more. If you use an agency for your recruitment marketing, you don't have that. You don't see exactly what they are doing and why. Now we are at the controls ourselves ánd we are helped."
Always one step ahead
In just one year, Triade Vitree has already run 75+ campaigns through the MrWork platform, achieving nearly 3 million views. Thanks to the recruitment marketing automation software, Soeraja, Els and their teams have not only gained more control, saved time and improved their candidate experience. At the bottom line, it also generated applicants and hires! "In the quarterly reports, I can clearly see that we are more visible and have received more applications. Meta and Linkedin in particular are doing well for us. We have also been able to bring in candidates from those channels who are now actually our colleagues," Soeraja said.

In her role, Els mainly focuses on Triade Vitree's visibility and branding. She says: "The employer branding campaigns we recently rolled out have been a great success. We have reached a huge number of people - also through new channels - and this has generated a lot of extra traffic on our work-at-home site. The past year was all about adapting to a new way of working (now that we are using MrWork software) and learning what works. This is how we keep getting one step further. Next year, we will be able to reap the benefits of this, which is very nice, because I think the tightness in the labour market will continue for some time."
