From external agency to recruitment marketing technology
"For a while, there were no recruiters within CZ. The posting of vacancies was then done by external agencies. However, due to the tight labour market, this did not always work very well. It was simply difficult to find the right candidate. In 2016, a temporary recruitment team was therefore set up, giving recruitment more focus within the organisation. During that period, the collaboration with MrWork also came about. Reaching the right IT target group was the biggest need, but also putting CZ on the map better as an employer. What is our employer brand? And why is it so cool to work for CZ? And does our target group even know what we do at CZ? These were questions we struggled with. MrWork 's technology has helped us enormously to be much more in the shop window with IT professionals."

"We now have a real full-funnel approach with which we deploy content within the entire candidate journey. We have also introduced a chat option via Whatsapp. This puts us in direct contact with the hottest candidates. Because we can post each vacancy automatically, we also save time to engage with the right people!"

The data and insights available from the campaigns in the MrWork technology is essential for the creative agency to create new content or just adapt content. So we keep improving and innovating and that works very well. We see that again in the engagement around our content. Further cooperation with MrWork is also pleasant. The contact is easily accessible and they actively think along with us. We can often ask our questions directly. Thanks to MrWork 's technology and support, we can now paint a better picture of our position in the market. We are now much more in the shop window. And I expect that we will see this effort even more reflected in the perception within our target audience!"
